Apple Corporate is at fault, not Open Source engineers or the line managers who support them. In almost every area, Apple's low-quality implementation of features WebKit already supports requires workarounds not necessary for Firefox (Gecko) or Chrome/Edge/Brave/Samsung Internet (Blink). So is speedy resolution and agreement.
