Combined with (delayed) advanced graphics APIs and threading support, WebXR enables critical immersive, low-friction commerce and entertainment on the web. For heavily latency-sensitive use-cases like WebXR, this is a critical component in delivering a good experience. Important in videoconferencing, commerce, and IoT setup scenarios.
