Individual pages can be spot checked via the CrUX API or tools such as Page Speed Insights But as Cliff's already covered in How to find (and fix!) Guest profiles also start with empty caches, empty cookie stores, empty browser storage, etc. Even though I only clicked on the page once, multiple event handlers were invoked.
