I Also like to spend a little bit of time stretching and doing light exercises, reading or playing with my daughter before I dive into some work. Now that I have 3 kids, I’ve been limited to the gym but it’s a great way to get exercise and keep my mind sharp. . Managing our training Infrastructure is an ongoing thing.
