For re:Invent 2021 my team (but mostly Elise Greve) persuaded the re:Invent organizers to include Sustainability as a track code, and that was repeated for 2022 and now for 2023. There hasn’t been any other visible progress, and most of the people I used to work with on sustainability have now left Amazon.
