I presented a keynote for Sun at Supercomputing 2003 in Phoenix Arizona and included the slide shown below. doubles the speed and adds a lot of features to the existing CXL2.0 It’s not a cache coherent memory protocol like CXL, and it’s optimized to run over a shorter distance, mostly within a single chassis. In the 2000s we had a showdown of two popular blog publishing platforms — MovableType in 2001 and WordPress in 2003. In addition, they introduced a hosted version of MovableType in 2003 called TypePad to compete with other popular cloud platforms. Nanoc removed the UI and is instead a program you run on the command line.
