In my last article , we went over how to set up a web app that serves chunks and bundles of CSS and JavaScript from CloudFront. We integrated it into Vite so that when the app runs in a browser, the assets requested from the app’s root HTML file would pull from CloudFront as the CDN.

To sum it up, if anything CMS landscape now requires a big shift. When it comes to innovation, most of CMS solutions are constrained by their legacy architecture (read strong coupling between content management and content presentation) which makes it difficult to serve content to new types of emerging channels such as apps and devices.

Lambda functions can now be configured to have 3GB RAM , up from 1.5GB. Lambda and API Gateway) claimed ‘up to 80% improvements’. Apparently it’s something to do with SquashFS , and you need to deploy a new version of your functions to see the improvement in the short term. skip to the end if you want my take on those.
