This is the key problem with every musical blockchain initiative I've ever seen. Proposals whose "blockchain" would need to add 1GB/hour, that sort of thing. That central chip ties together the 7nm CPU chiplets, creating a massively scalable architecture. davidgerard : It really won't, because it can't possibly scale.
