Secondly, many servers depend on third-party TLS libraries such as OpenSSL. The issue here especially is OpenSSL, which has postponed QUIC support , but it is also used by many servers. This problem got so bad that Akamai decided to start a QUIC-specific fork of OpenSSL, called quictls. It likely also needs OpenSSL.
